The French Riviera and its Indian summer welcome you on October 14th, 15th and 16th on three of the most beautiful golf courses of the French Riviera: the Château de Taulane, the Royal Mougins Golf Club and the Saint Donat Golf Country Club for the Pro-Am Golf Côte d’Azur.
During the event, we will support with a prestigious tombola the association ORPHEOPOLIS

– Tee-offs Pros :  
Gentlemen white marks, Seniors Gentlemen yellow marks (from 50 years old in the year)
Ladies blue marks.

– Tee-Offs Amateurs :
Gentlemen yellow marks, Seniors Gentlemen blue marks (from 70 years old in the year)
Ladies red marks

– Professional endowment:
. Starting bonus of 900 € including VAT*.
* Starting bonus for a team composed of three amateurs. Depending on the number of amateurs in the team the bonus will be reconsidered.

.Differentiated rankings for pro teachers and circuit players: €3,000** (guaranteed from 20 teams present at the Pro-Am)
Teachers: 1st: €500, 2nd: €400, 3rd: €300, 4th: €175, 5th: €125
Tour pros: 1st: €500, 2nd: €400, 3rd: €300, 4th: €175, 5th: €125
**Under and over 20 teams the premium will be reviewed in proportion to the number of teams entered. If the number of Pros on the circuit is less than 5, the amount will be reviewed and the difference paid to the pro teachers.

– Amateur index :
3/4 of the returned indexes with a maximum of 18 strokes. Indexes will be checked on October 13th 2022. No index limit. The slope of each course is not taken into account.

– Daily prize-giving*:
1 Gross and 1 Net prize
Each day will give rise to a classification, the winning teams of a day will not be able to cumulate the daily prize-giving but will always remain in contention for the final classification.

– Final prize-giving * :
5 Gross and 5 Net Prizes
Special Senior Prize (50 years and over for the 3 amateurs).
Special Ladies Prize (teams of 3 female amateurs).
The gross score takes precedence over the net score
Drive and approach competition (pro and amateur) during the 3rd round
Drawing of lots
If teams from one of the above-mentioned special categories are present in the final ranking prizes, they will receive the most advantageous prize either in the final ranking or in the special category.

. In case of a tie
Teams: the tie will be broken in the 3rd round, if there is another tie in the 2nd and finally in the 1st round.
Pros: in the event of a tie for 1st place, the tie will be broken on hole 10 at Saint Donat.
The Pro-Am Net and Gross scores are not cumulative.
* The physical presence of the winner(s) is mandatory for the daily and final prize-giving. The prizes of absent players will be added to the final prize-giving. No exceptions will be taken into account.

– Training:
During the tournament, no player may practice on any of the courses remaining to be played, under penalty of disqualification.

– INDIVIDUAL PACKAGE
Thursday practice day at one of the 3 golf courses (subject to availability and conditions), welcome cocktail, three lunches, snacks at the start of each round and on the course, welcome gifts, practice balls.

– PLAYER’S PACKAGE:
1,200 € including VAT (including 300€ for the Pro)

– MEMBER PLAYER’S PACKAGE – Of the three clubs Château de Taulane, Royal Mougins and Saint Donat:
1,100 € including VAT (including 300€ for the Pro)

– ACCOMPANYING PERSON PACKAGE: 400 € including VAT
Welcome cocktail, daily welcome, three lunches, snacks at the start of each round and on the course

– COMPANY PACKAGE: 3 900 € excl.
The Pro-Am Golf Côte d’Azur allows companies to carry out a great public relations operation during which the guests will receive a VIP welcome.
The company package for the team composed of one professional and three amateurs includes in addition to all the services mentioned in the registration fee for individual participants
– Presentation of the company and its guests.
– VIP welcome with a welcome gift and a bottle of champagne for each player.
– Reserved table for each of the lunches for the team and the company representative.

– Local Rules
The local rules of the course apply for all three rounds of the ProAm Golf Côte d’Azur. These will be available at the golf secretariat along with the scorecards.

– Teams of four players together
. The Pro-Am Golf Côte d’Azur is played by teams of four players during the whole tournament (during the three days and the three rounds).
. To be included in the ranking, the four players of the same team (Pro and amateurs) must participate in the three days and the three rounds, i.e. 54 holes.
This means that if one of the players, for various reasons (e.g. schedule, family problems, injury, etc.) has to leave the tournament during the tournament, he/she cannot be replaced by another player.
. To enter the competition, and therefore the prize-giving, the team will have to continue without the absent player(s).
. If, for reasons of their own, the team decides to replace the absent player, the team will be allowed to play a friendly match but will be withdrawn from the prize-giving.

– Carts – Trolleys
Carts are issued in priority on presentation of a medical certificate.
Professionals may not use carts under penalty of being penalised (except medical certificate).
Hand carts and electric carts allowed.

– Doubtful as to the procedure:
Application of rule 3.3, a player may play a second ball without penalty if he/she is in doubt about his/her rights and the procedure to follow.
The facts will then be communicated to the event committee when they return their cards.

– In case of bad weather or force majeure:
. Temporary suspension
At the sound of the signal, immediate evacuation from the course with a ban on finishing the hole (local rules).
. Cancellation of one or both rounds*.
The final ranking will only take into account the round(s) played by all players.
The daily prize money for the cancelled round will be carried over to the next round.
. Cancellation of the competition
The prize-giving will be done by drawing lots at the Club House Saint Donat.
* There will be no monetary compensation, reimbursement and/or other consideration.

PAYMENT OF THE REGULATION
Any registration not accompanied by the payment places the team, the player or players on the waiting list.

FFG 2022 LICENCE AND MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
In view of the sporting aspect of the event, and by Thursday 13 October 2022 at the latest, it is imperative that the following requirements are met:
– Each amateur player must hold a FFG 2022 licence and have registered with the FFG the medical certificate attesting to his or her ability to practice golf.
– Any foreign amateur player who does not hold a FFG 2022 licence must provide a medical certificate attesting to his or her ability to practice golf.
– Failure to present or register with the FFG the medical certificate attesting to his ability to practice golf by October 13, 2022 will result in non-participation in the tournament and non-refund of the full registration fee.

 PLAYER DECLARING WITHDRAWAL
Before 3 October 2022, the entry fee will be refunded minus 600 Euro for administration costs. After 3 October 2022, no refund will be given due to the organisational costs incurred.
